NAPLES – “Giochi Sinestesici” (Synesthetic Games), the first Neapolitan solo exhibition by Maestro Simone Chiorri, is reaching its final days. Hosted until Thursday, July 30, 2026, in the monumental spaces of the Hall of Mirrors at the Grand Hotel Parker‘s in Naples, the event has received wide acclaim from the public, critics, and collectors.
Born under the exceptional supervision of Pietro Del Vaglio, one of the most internationally acclaimed Italian designers, the exhibition creates a dialogue between the energy of Chiorri’s canvases and the neoclassical solemnity of the architecture. At the center of the expressive journey is the concept of “play” understood as an evolutionary and protective value, expressed through intimate and profound abstractionism.
“In the works on display, synesthesia abandons the conceptual dimension to become pure sensory immediacy,” comments Maestro Pietro Del Vaglio. “Chiorri invites the observer to a guided immersion in which it becomes possible to ‘see’ a sound and perceive its vibration on the canvas.”
Great satisfaction for the Perugia-based artist, whose works have enriched numerous private collections in Campania, Southern Italy, and the Mediterranean basin for many years: “Naples confirms itself as a great capital of art and Mediterranean languages,” emphasizes Simone Chiorri.
As a seal of the intense bond with the city, Simone Chiorri has donated the canvas “Spazio Scenico” (Scenic Space) to the Grand Hotel Parker’s and the Avallone family, which officially becomes part of the prestigious permanent collection of Naples’ oldest grand hotel.
