Ingredients: 8oz. Frozen spinach leaves 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg ¼ low fat mozzarella 1 clove garlic 1 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil ½ onion ½ bell pepper 1 medium shredded carrot 1.5 Tbsp. Parsley salt & pepper.

recipe#1 – Low Carb Cabbage Stir Fry With Turkey.

Ingredients: 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic 5 oz. lean ground turkey 4 oz. green cabbage ¼ medium yellow onion 1 oz. Grated carrot ½ Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce.

recipe#2 – Ground Turkey Carrot.

Ingredients: 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp. Water 1 clove garlic 5 oz. Lean ground turkey ¼ medium yellow onion ¼ medium yellow bell pepper ¼ tesp. Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp. Parsley 1 oz. Grated low fat mozzarella salt & pepper.

recipe#1 – Zucchine Onion Omelette.

Ingredients: 1/2 medium yellow onion 1 tsp. extre virgin olive oil 1/2 medium zucchine 2 white mushrooms 5 grape tomatoes 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg 1/2 Tbsp. feta cheese salt & pepper.

recipe#2 – Beef Egg Muffin. Ingredients:

1 Lb. ground beef 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. paprika 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 medium tomato 1 oz. grated mozzarella salt & pepper.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup milk 3 oz. frozen pineapple 1/2 oz. spinach 1/2 large frozen banana.

Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1/4 cup oatmeal 1 medium frozen banana 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon.

Ingredients: 1/2 small carrot 1/2 medium cucumber 1/4 small head cabbage 2 slices medium tomato 2 slices red onion 2 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. mustard 2 slices whole wheat toast bread 2 leaves romaine lettuce.

Ingredients: 1/2 medium cucumber 2 slices whole wheat toast bread 1 oz. goat cheese 1 oz. avocado 1/2 oz. arugula.

Ingredients: 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 5 oz. chicken breast 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning 4 oz. grape tomatoes 1/2 cup grated low fat mozzarella + 2 Tbsp. for topping 1 oz. fat free ricotta 3 basil leaves 1 garlic clove 1 medium red bell pepper salt & pepper.
